Patricia Dee Seeley/Murphy/Moorehead was born the youngest of three children in South Gate, California, to Paul Edgar Seeley and Ida Pauline Oliphant/Adamson/Seeley.

She grew up in the Los Angeles area, and married William W. Murphy in 1958. They had three children, Deborah Jo, Cynthia Lorraine, and Timothy Paul. They were divorced in 1966. She then married Elmer Royce Moorehead in 1967. The family moved to Ridgecrest, California.

Patricia worked at a savings and loan and the county court building in Inglewood, CA before moving to Ridgecrest. There she was a school secretary and then bookkeeper for the Ridgecrest school district for 32 years.
After she retired she went to work part time as bookkeeper at her church.
Patricia went to be with our Lord after surgical complications at Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City California. She left five minutes after they removed the life support equipment she specifically requested not be used to keep her body functioning. Now forever with our Lord whom she loved and served faithfully.
